Deliveries are made utilising Send&Receive or Fedex depending where you would like your order to be shipped to.
Shipping is FREE on orders shipped within South Africa. For the rest of the world we don't currently ship internationally. If you are interested in becoming a stockist or distributor, please get in touch via hello@natalcomfort.com.
Orders received and authorised by 1pm GMT+2 on business days generally ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
For orders within the South Africa, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery from dispatch, if products are in stock. We will advise you of any delay, or if the item is not available, by phone or email, so please check your email regularly.
We will issue a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of order. Upon dispatch, a shipment notification, with tracking information, will be sent via email/text.
We cannot accept responsibility for any late deliveries due to our third party courier service.
We reserve the right to change any advertised shipping rates as and when any changes are made by the shipping companies.
