Anna is a registered nutritional therapist with a degree from the University of Westminster, and obtained her Masters in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Nottingham in 2022. She has worked at the Zita West Clinic and currently work for Dr Marilyn Glenville at the Glenville Nutrition Clinic.
Before she retrained, she worked in advertising. The breakneck speed of agency-world took its toll on her physical and mental health and she realised that something had to change. Anna knows first-hand how hard it is to break the habits of a lifetime and start out down a new, unfamiliar path. She also know how rewarding it can be to feel (and see) a transformation in yourself and to know that you can control your health. This is why she takes time to support each client as they make their first steps.
Anna is on a mission to help everyone understand how the right food can improve their health. She is a keen [GREEDY] cook so love to give her clients practical support to change their diet and lifestyle.
